User Profile on bitgrit.net

Things at bitgrit just got a whole lot better. Recently, the team launched a new function that makes bitgrit user profiles customizable and interactive. This is in addition to settings that allow users to add their wallet address for easy reward transfers and sign up for the Deep Grit newsletter to stay in the know. All of the changes give users greater control and more ways to stay in contact with like-minded community members.

User Profile Features

Users can now share relevant details about their data science career, goals, and accomplishments in one place. On the new profile, participants’ current and past competition standings will be visible. They will also be able to add their resume and connect to GitHub, LinkedIn Twitter, and their personal/ portfolio website, increasing connectivity and community amongst other people in the data science sphere.

Are you a competition cowboy or are you looking to join someone’s DS department? You have a choice, or you can do both. bitgrit users can now upload a resume and show/hide their location. So recruiters and other big industry players who are a part of the bitgrit community can find new talent from within, based on demonstrated skills and completed projects.

Crafting a unique statement about yourself as a user is possible through the “About” section, ensuring that personal tone and voice can be used to share interests, skills, abilities, or even a personal message.

All new features are visible and accessible to all the bitgrit community registered members right now.

Enjoy!
